Also last time I was in Sears tool department they have a special set of reverse cut bits that may work, also they have a tool that drills and removes the remanents of the screw. Not sure if they are small enough though. Probably have to get the screws from a dealer (any metric) or possibly from a salvage yard for cycles or maybe even some Japanese car salvage yards that will let you take apart a totalled carb for the screws. Next time use a soldering iron (electric not gas) on the head of the screw before you start turning to loosen the bond on the threadlocker. Also make sure you have a pristine tip on your screwdriver. Needs to be a quality one, not one of those in the tub by the cash register.
